Native Beta / Setup guide
Install a WordPress block theme
Upload the native theme ZIP on a staging WordPress site. These Beta exports use block templates and theme.json, not renamed HTML pages.
This is a Beta export. Local structure, schema and ZIP checks passed; actual platform import/activation has not been completed. Test on a staging site or spare blog before production.
- Back up your existing WordPress website and theme. Use WordPress 6.6 or newer on maintained PHP/database hosting.
- Download the template ZIP and separate instructions ZIP from the wizard. In Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme, upload the template ZIP itself. Activate on staging first.
- Open Appearance → Editor to edit the Front Page template, header, footer and navigation. The site title uses your WordPress identity.
- Optionally extract starter-content.xml and import it with Tools → Import → WordPress. Assign the demo author to your own user. All imported sample pages are drafts.
- Edit the drafts before publishing. For Advanced Pro, configure Home and Journal in Settings → Reading if you want a separate posts page. Configure Navigation in the Site Editor.
- Test homepage, pages, posts, archives, mobile navigation and external photos. Theme JSON and block structure are checked locally; activation and the importer still require platform testing.
Before publishing
Replace sample names, contact addresses, policy text and external photos. No account, booking, payment or AI backend is included. Keep your original site backup.
